How long we keep data
Eventnado uses versioned retention policies. Data is deleted or anonymized after the applicable period unless a legal obligation, open dispute or legal hold requires preservation.
Privacy requests
After a case is closed, contact data and request content are anonymized after the accountability period.
Quality and accessibility
Quality reports have SHA-256 evidence and a defined retention period. WCAG findings keep their remediation history.
Detailed periods are available in the organizer panel and may depend on the legal basis of a specific process.
