1. When to use this route
Use it where Eventnado hosts content that you reasonably believe is illegal — for example fraud, an unlawful event offer, copyright infringement, unlawful disclosure of personal data, threats, prohibited goods or impersonation.
A service defect or account issue should instead be sent through Complaints and account deletion. An urgent threat to life or safety should also be reported to the competent emergency or law-enforcement authority.
2. How to send a complete notice
Email the notice to contact@eventnado.com with the subject “Illegal content notice — Eventnado”.
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why the content is illegal and the law or right concerned;
- the exact URL and, where needed, the precise location on the page, profile, offer or file;
- your name and email, unless the law permits an anonymous notice in the specific case;
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information is accurate and complete;
- supporting material limited to what is necessary.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, full card details or unrelated identity documents.
3. Review
We confirm receipt to the supplied email, assess the notice diligently and objectively, and may request missing information. A notice containing the required elements enables Eventnado to obtain specific knowledge of the reported item; it does not automatically determine that the content is illegal.
We prioritize credible reports involving immediate harm, fraud, child safety, unlawful personal-data exposure or a valid authority order.
4. Possible decisions
- leave the content available where the notice is unfounded or incomplete;
- request correction or temporarily limit visibility while facts are verified;
- remove content, disable access, suspend an account or preserve evidence where justified;
- refer the matter to a competent authority where law requires or permits it.
We inform the reporter of the outcome when contact details are available. Affected users receive a statement of reasons unless doing so is prohibited or would compromise safety or an investigation.
5. Appeal and repeat abuse
The reporter or affected User can appeal by replying to the decision or emailing contact@eventnado.com with the case reference and new facts. A different review is used where reasonably possible.
Repeated manifestly unfounded notices or repeated illegal content may lead to proportionate restrictions after prior warning, taking frequency, severity, intent and consequences into account.
The notice route is operated by 9ne.pl Jarosław Staroń. Personal data submitted with a notice is handled under the Privacy Policy.
