Complaints and account deletion

One place to report a service issue, withdraw from the contract, export data or close an account.

Version: SUPPORT-2026-08-11-v1Effective from: 11 August 2026Free pilot

1. Submit a complaint

Send the complaint from the account email to contact@eventnado.com. Complaints may also be sent by post to 9ne.pl Jarosław Staroń, ul. Starobielawska 32a, 54-061 Wrocław, Poland.

Include:
  • your account email and preferred reply address;
  • the organization, event or case reference, if available;
  • what happened, when and which device/browser was used;
  • the requested outcome and any screenshots without unnecessary personal data.

A complaint is free of charge. Never send a password, recovery code, full payment-card data or unrelated identity document.

2. How we respond

  1. We acknowledge receipt and assign a case reference.
  2. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify the account or reproduce the issue.
  3. We respond within 14 days of receiving a complete complaint.
  4. The response states the finding, action taken and any further appeal route.

This service target does not reduce any shorter or stronger deadline resulting from mandatory law.

3. Consumer withdrawal

A consumer may send an unambiguous withdrawal statement within 14 days of the distance contract, unless a statutory exception applies. Email it to contact@eventnado.com and include the account email and contract date. No special form is required.

Suggested wording

I hereby withdraw from the contract for the Eventnado service concluded on [date] for the account [email].

The current pilot is free and Eventnado does not charge for the period before withdrawal.

4. Delete an account or submit a data request

Use the form below. “Erasure” is preselected. You receive a case reference and a base response deadline. We may verify control of the account email before destructive action.

Organizer and member accounts are different.

A member can request deletion of their own account. Closing an entire organization and removing its event data must be requested by an owner authorized to represent that organization. Other members are removed or anonymized without deleting records controlled by the Organizer.

Request an export before deletion if you need a copy. Other rights are available in the same form and described in the Privacy Policy.

5. What happens after a deletion request

  • Active account access is disabled after identity and scope verification.
  • Data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized where there is no overriding legal basis.
  • Security and audit records may retain limited identifiers for integrity, claims or legal duties.
  • Encrypted backups expire through controlled rotation; deleted data is not restored to active production except during disaster recovery, after which the deletion is re-applied.

Retention details are available under Data retention. A refusal or restriction is explained with its legal or factual basis.
